Researched all the vets in Tom Green county and decided on Karen Frembgen. Both my cat and dog have seen her and I've been very pleased. Even when my dog had a possible contagious illness at the time, she got right down to her eye level and treated her with a lot of love in helping her feel more comfortable. It turned out my dog didn't have a contagious illness, only allergies but I loved the professionalism she demonstrates. She also explained what was wrong and came up with different treatment plans for me to choose that met my budget. Her visit is professional but also feels more personal. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who is skeptical and weary of vet services and clinics that overcharge.
