We had an emergency case with our lab and felt that we needed to leave our last veterinarian because the situation required increased level of care. Dr. Cross and her office were amazing and immediately took control and jumped into action. My husband and I instantly felt relieved and more confident in our decision. It was very difficult for us to change doctors because our previous vet had taken care of our dog all of his life (10.5 yrs.). Dr. Cross and her team were empathetic and made all the necessary arrangements and got us in the emergency hospital by noon.
