After hearing what your office put a kitten foster parent through, I can't in good conscious recommend this veterinarian's office. To have a kitten screaming in pain, in obvious distress and in graphic need of medical attention, and for the staff in this office to do nothing but make them wait an hour to been seen... It's disgusting, a disgrace, completely lacking in compassion and against any true veterinarian purpose to help animals. I hope this office never puts another pet parent through the trauma that this kitten foster parent went through.
