Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Angel Griggs is a board certified specialist in ophthalmology. She received her degree from Ross University and did a clinical year at Louisiana State University. She has a bachelor of science from Texas A&M and she was on the deans list at the aforementioned universities. Her experience includes intern at the Center for Veterinary Specialty Care in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery, the Animal Eye Clinic in Ophthalmology and resident of Comparative Veterinary Ophthalmology at Iowa State University. Dr. Griggs comes to us most recently as an associate veterinarian at the Animal Eye Clinic in Arlington, Texas. Her clinical interests are Feline and Exotic Animal Ophthalmology and Diseases of the Uvea and Orbit. Her personal interests include Scuba diving, gardening, hiking and travel. Dr. Griggs schedule will be Tuesday through Friday at NHVO. We are very fortunate to have her on our staff and as always we look forward to the continued support and referrals from clinic and doctors.
