Blue Pearl ER is where we met her. Contempt and complacency it what we witnessed. A dog is worse condition with injuries is what we got back. Blood in eyes, busted lip, rigors to hind legs, crying in pain and terrified look on face. 9 hours in ER, services paid for but not received. After two days our pup literally had hardly any muscle mass left. She also blocked financial assistance for some reason before complete exam performed. She showed no empathy whatsoever. She maybe forgot how expensive their service is. She didn’t seem to consider what our puppy meant to us. He now resides on our mantle. She treated him for seizures (he was scared and shaking). We wanted a neuro consult but it was never called in, even though it was available. We wanted an MRI, and where never told there is one at the facility we where at. He is dead. No attempt at a diagnosis, assuming distemper. HE DID NOT HAVE DISTEMPER, infectious panel was negative a few days later when we had a similar experience at another ER. What is A
This woman should NOT be allowed to have a DVM license after what we did to my dog , me and my family and jot only for all the trauma she caused us instead of doing her job! Horrible horrible human being!
