Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Amanda Vockler grew up in Kaysville, Utah and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the joint program through Utah State University and Washington State University. Dr. Vockler is proud to be both an Aggie and Cougar. As a child, she always wanted to become a veterinarian. She worked in the veterinary field during her undergraduate years as a kennel attendant, receptionist and veterinary assistant. She completed her undergraduate studies at Weber State University in Zoology. Dr. Vockler is passionate about companion animal medicine and is dedicated to giving the best care possible to her patients. She has a special interest in animal behavior, veterinary dentistry, exotic animal medicine and general surgery. In her spare time, Dr. Vockler enjoys spending time with her husband and her family. She also enjoys doing yoga, baking, reading and hiking. She has one dog, named Mia, that she adopted while she was in veterinary school
