First time taking my kitty to the Vetco clinic where Dr Reid was attending veterinarian. We were not allowed in the exam room with our nervous cat and the way they refused was so rude. Pretty much rolled their eyes at our concern. I have never been told I could not be in the room with my animal at exam time. Very unprofessional.
