I have heard that this place used to be good a few years ago, when it was run by different Doctors. Now, they don't live up to any of these positive reviews. Here is my experience over the past year with this practice. They will never communicate with you except to call and remind you that your pet is due for something (which, of course, always leads to more up-sales tactics to get you to spend more money), and your vet won't ever call you, even to discuss surgery results, etc. They have one of their techs call you who have no helpful info. So if you have any questions they will tell you they need to ask the doctor and get back with you. I have had 2 weeks of back and forth phone calls that could have been handled with a 5 minute conversation with the doc. Also, don't fall for their monthly/annual Paws or Pups Plans. They sell them to you saying that you will save all kinds of money. My puppy plan, which cost me 70.00/month, was supposed to fully cover her spay operation, as well as either cover or discount any of her shots, etc. I had also told the doctor that we didn't want to spay her until after her first heat, which she agreed was a good idea. She didn't tell us that if she hadn't gone into heat before the one year plan ended, that we lose the spay benefit. So we had to spay her earlier than is recommended for her breed. It saved us no money whatsoever, we still had to pay about 800.00 at the time of the surgery. No matter how many times we expressed a desire to speak with the doctor, we rarely got the opportunity. We met her the day we brought her as a puppy. I didn't get to speak with her for almost a year after that. Sure, Covid has made things difficult for face to face contact, but a phone call wouldn't be expecting too much. If you don't care about your pets, don't want to talk with your vet and would like to be overcharged, then you should choose this practice.
