I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Robbins. She was extremely attentive to our needs. My daughter does all of our pet care, and she very carefully (without patronizing) explained the steps for our bird's post-operative care. She empowered my daughter to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She spent a good deal of time with us discussing the causes of our hen's medical issues and how to try to prevent future injuries in the future. She went over the care options with us and gave us time to make a decision. She was compassionate and informative, and we truly felt in good hands the entire time. She gave excellent follow-up care with very detailed instructions and daily calls to check in. This is what veterinary medicine should be.
