This provider refused to discuss my pets follow up care with me because she did not have a primary care vet. She YELLED at me that they wouldn't treat her eye infection, hung up on me twice, and refused to provide me her corporate number to escalate the incident. I had to get care at an affiliated location. I've never had this poor of an experience with any medical professional in my life.
