Valerie is the absolute BEST!!! She loves our pets like they're her own....
She's so down to earth and easy to talk to... She explains everything so that we can understand what's going on... She truly listens to you and cares about how you feel and any questions or concerns you might have.... All of our dogs absolutely love her too!!!
