I bring my dog Bo to your clinic. I have seen you and erin. Both of you are exceptional vets. Bo got a tick bite on his back and I pulled it out. But it became red and a dime size lump could be seen. I was concerned it looked like it was infected. I cleaned and treated the bite. I called the next day to have him seen by you or erin. A receptionists named Tammy did seem to care about it at all. She said she could not get me in right away. I dont think she even wanted to try and work something out. It seem like I was bothering her. If I owned a business she would not work for me. She is rude. I would like to continue to bring in my dog to you as well as my daughter brings in here pets to you. She is not to happy about tammys attitude either. Steve Donnowitz
