Veterinarian Overview
Doctor Tackett was born in Columbus, Ohio. She attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate training, earning Bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Zoology. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with honors. After graduating from school, Dr. Tackett completed an internship at the Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Copley, Ohio. During this time, she worked with veterinary specialists in the areas of surgery, emergency medicine, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and cardiology. Dr. Tackett currently lives in Scott Depot with her husband and their many pets; Annie, Geo, Ruger and Ralph in addition to a small herd of goats.
