Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Michele Estheimer attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. She is nearly a Tucson native and is also a graduate of the University of Arizona (GO CATS!) and Mountain View High School. After receiving her DVM, Dr. Estheimer returned to Tucson to complete advanced training in a Small Animal Rotating, Surgical, and Medical Internship Program at one of Tucson's specialty and emergency centers. She has been in general practice in Tucson for the past several years. Dr. Estheimer has a particular interest in preventive care, internal medicine, Valley Fever/Coccidioidomycosis and neurology. Dr. Estheimer is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Arizona Veterinary Medical Association and Southern Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Estheimer is an avid runner and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
