Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lori Hehn was born and raised in Carlsbad, NM. She attended undergraduate studies at MvMurry Univeristy and graduated from Colorado State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. She completed an Internship in Medicine and Surgery at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital in San Diego in 2005 and has been practicing in Arizona ever since then. Dr. H says, "My mantra in practice is to treat every pet as if it were my own. Providing the best client service and passionate patient care is at the heart of what I do and the reason I love being a veterinarian." She also works for VetPrep.com, the leading site for NAVLE preparation, and writes board review material. Her passion and hobby is writing veterinary learning books for children (Little Vet Books) which her dad illustrates. Her other hobbies include boating with her husband Kelly and their two girls, Whitney and Aubrey, cake decorating, reading, crafting, and cooking. The Hehn family has two dogs, Sophie a terrier mix and a yellow lab mix named Zoe.
