Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Samuel received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. Afterward, she completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital. When the internship completed, she stayed on to work as an emergency clinician. Dr. Samuel joined the residency program at Eye Care for Animals in Pewaukee, WI in 2012 and graduated in June 2015. In August 2015, Dr. Samuel began seeing patients in Leesburg, VA and Frederick, MD.
