Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Metzger is an accomplished veterinarian who has been in practice for more than 15 years. He has a BS in cell and molecular biology from the University of Arizona, a veterinary degree from Colorado State University, and is a graduate of the Veterinary Management Institute. In 1995, Dr. Metzger joined the VCA Animal Health Hospital team and became owner and director in 2000. Dr. Metzger is an excellent diagnostician with exceptional communication skills. His bedside manner helps put even the most anxious or agitated pets (and owners) at ease, which makes the whole process of diagnosis and treatment much less stressful and confusing. In short, you wont find a better or more compassionate veterinarian.
