I have a been a customer at CUVS for over 10 years they have always treated my pet (Nera) with care and the utmost professionalism Dr. Ollie Morgan was excellent from the explaining procedures with the risks involved never failing to have compassion when discussing my pet. Unfortunately my dog became so sick I rushed her to the ER department as she was being taking into back from what I remember a girl named Sarah I maybe wrong with her name not even quite sure of her position starts in with me regarding the medical plan ( Money ). At that point I still did not even have an update on the condition of my gravely sick family member I was shocked and angry at that moment she is discussing money as she called a medical plan I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this location. Nera was admitted into critical care at roughly 6pm. Each time I called or received updates they continued to be open ended with answers, you could tell each time I called they were getting more annoyed almost like they were too busy . Dr. Lisa Bazzle called the following day and spoke to me and my family like a robot with no bedside manor no compassion no feeling she was matter of fact about everything and then as most customers know CUVS protocol is tell all clients how busy they are Dr. Lisa Bazzle then goes on a rant not once not twice ultimately telling me 3 times during maybe a 8 minute call on how busy the surgeon is and that they have four surgeries in front of my family member as my family member is in intensive care did she really think I cared to hear that information. During call she is obviously reading a manual and starts reeling off percentages on survival for my family member at that point I realize there is clearly something wrong with her . I have had dogs my entire life and received that call that no pet owner wants each time there is compassion , care and bedside manor
