Veterinarian Overview
Bob has lived in Naples since 1995. He grew up in Connecticut and attended Central Connecticut State University, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Science. He then attended veterinary school at the University of Florida, where he received his DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine). Dr. March has been at Harborside for over 20 years and also owns the practice. His professional interests are dermatology, internal medicine and preventative health care. When asked why he became a veterinarian, he stated ever since reading the book All Creatures Great and Small as a young boy, he always wanted to be a veterinarian and being able to make a difference in both pets and their owners lives makes it a rewarding profession. Bob lives in Naples with his wife Carol, his three sons, Dylan, Aidan and Brendan. He also has a rescued Papillion named Jenny and is also interested in saltwater fish. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his family, coaching baseball, fishing and watching college football.
