I rarely leave reviews unless a good experience has asked me to. This office is fantastic, starting from my first call today for a same day/new visit. All of the employees were kind and knowledgeable , they were able to see my dog that day , at 4:45!! The office is in a great location, they are very efficient, and again all of the ladies were compassionate, knowledgeable, and so kind to my little yapping dachshund. Dr Rose examined my pup, knew right away what the problem has been and not did they fix the acute issue , but helped catch her up on her vaccinations, flea/heartworm medication, and scheduled her for spaying. The doctor explained the problem, and the treatment and what to do if no improvement. His assistant and the others explained all the preventative maintenance, scheduling, and genuinely cared about my pup. Great office, doctor, and employees that clearly love their job!!

I have always considered Dr. Rose the most caring and honest veterinarian that I have ever been too. One time I called because my dog was lethargic and was not able to walk correctly. There were no appointments available, but Dr. Rose called me back himself and helped me. He did not see my dog, but offered. Which I know was genuine because he suggested I take my dog to the emergency vet, but stayed on the phone and took my panicked questions and really helped me more than my dog that day. Which ended up having a tweaked muscle in his neck. One more thing is most vets will charge a wellness exam to administer medicine, 2 times a year I understand. They give my pets injection(once a month) for $10. They are just all around good people. Especially Dr. Rose.
