Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Zafiris is a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami. She completed her undergraduate studies at Florida International University, where she graduated with honors with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She received her doctorate degree in Veterinary medicine from Ross University and performed her clinical year at Cornel University. Prior to joining PBVS, Dr. Zafiris completed a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship with Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners in Tampa, FL. When away from the hospital. Dr. Zafiris enjoys spending her time on the ocean, hiking, biking and playing with her dogs, Fefe and Bean
