Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Amburgy grew up in Lebanon, OH and completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, where she graduated with honors and research distinction with a degree in Anthropology. She received her doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Amburgy completed a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY before coming to PBVS. During her free time, Dr. Amburgy enjoys cheering for her favorite Cincinnati sports teams, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family. She currently lives in West Palm Beach with her boyfriend and their Miniature Schnauzer, Bentley. Go Bucks!
