Veterinarian Overview
Dr. James H. Summers graduated from the University of Illinois in 1968 with his D.V.M. degree. Before joining Dr. Condie and the Freeport Animal Hospital in 1991, Dr. Summers worked with Dr. Boyer and Dr. Mason in Rock City, IL and then owned his own practice in Elizabeth, IL. He is a member of the AVMA, ISVMA (life member), and NIVMA.
