Veterinarian Overview
I was born and raised in the Air Force. I have lived in 3 states and 2 foreign countries all before the age of nine, but I lived in southern Illinois, near St. Louis, most of my life. I have always loved all animals, and becoming a veterinarian was my way of helping and speaking for them. I went to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and following graduation; I did an internship in the Chicago area. I stayed in Chicago for another 7 years, but I wanted to come back to a small town practice and be closer to my family. I have interest in feline and exotic medicine and hope to advance my skills in surgery. Also, I have 3 cats and a turtle at my home
