Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Brown founded Fishers Veterinary Associates with the opening of Fishers Veterinary Hospital in 1979. He is a 1977 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and completed a one-year internship at South Shore Veterinary Hospital in Boston in 1978. Dr. Brown has a wide-ranging interest, knowledge, and skill in medical and surgical care. He has been very active in Fishers and Carmel for many years, including Hamilton County 4-H, youth sports programs, and the Humane Society. He and his wife, Pat, have been married for over 30 years and have a son, Peter, daughter-in-law, Christina, and a granddaughter and grandson. In his time away from the practice, Dr. Brown enjoys hunting, backpacking, and hiking.
