My name is Peter Devine Jr. While you were in Providence you were my moms vet. Her name is Brenda Devine.
I met you around 4 years ago at your office with an adopted beagle "Bo" He is a rescue and you thought he was around 2 years old. You also mentioned you heard him gasp? slight cough?. We have been to a few vets and feel like they just want to run more and more tests.
His cough is much worse and he will gag a few times and try to throw up but nothing comes out. It seems worse in the morning after he has been lying still for a while. He does not throw up his food but does spit up water after drinking and coughs a bit too.
One vet said it could be his heart but when given his check up said his heart sounded fine.That was Riverside Animal hospital. Also after $800.00 of testing with no results and them wanting another test.
Sorry to rant but could it bronchitis?
Can you or anyone you could recommend any help?
