Although sad to close that chapter in her life, Dr. Parrish moved to Columbia, Maryland in 2003 with her husband Kevin. _ Before becoming the owner of Hickory Ridge Animal Hospital in July 2011, Dr. Parrish practiced for 7 and 1/2 years in a small animal practice in Montgomery County. She is very thankful her commuting days are over. _ Dr. Parrish is happy to have a practice right in the heart of where she lives, and enjoys serving her community. In addition to running her practice, she works with several local rescue groups to help animals in need. Dr. Parrish resides with her husband Kevin, who is a high school math teacher and boys varsity basketball coach at Gaithersburg High School. Together, they have a wonderful daughter named Addison.
