Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Wittmer, a Coon Rapids native, has owned and operated Andover Animal Hospital since its opening in 2007. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree at the University of Minnesota. In her spare time she enjoys riding, jumping and showing her horse Sofa So Good. Her furry family includes a Domestic Short Hair Whisper and a sassy Calico Kaylie. Dr. Wittmer likes to stay on the cutting edge through usage of technological advancements such as lasers for therapy and surgical procedures which decrease pain and accelerate healing. Her areas of interest include opthalmology, dermatology and dentistry.
