Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Keelia Fannon CierniaKeelia grew up on Christmas Lake in Shorewood, MN. As a young girl, Keelia's family brought their animals to Village Animal Hospital for veterinary care. She attended Breck High School before pursuing a BA in history at Providence College in Rhode Island. She returned to Minnesota where she pursued her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota. Keelia chose veterinary medicine because she loves fostering the bond between people and their animal companions. She also thoroughly enjoys practicing medicine. Keelia is married to her wonderful husband, Derek, and they have with two four-legged children; Bosco the German Shepherd and Dexter the Heinz 57 Mix.
