Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Morgan is a small animal and exotic practitioner that has been here part time since the summer of 2013. She is a Starkville native, who graduated from Starkville Academy, and obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Animal and Dairy Science. Her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Degree was also obtained at Mississippi State in May of 2013. Before becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Morgan worked here as a technician for three years, as well as during breaks while attending vet school. She has been married to Josh Morgan, of Sturgis, Mississippi, since the summer of 2009. They have two beautiful children; Chaney who is three years old and Myah who is one year old. She is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Morgan is a member of Morgan Chapel Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and taking care of their many animals, which includes: chickens, Frankie the donkey, the cats Tom and Jerry, and their two dogs, Oscar a boxer, and Brantley a Yorkie.
