Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kaplan-Zattler earned her DVM from the University of Florida, completed a small animal internship in Florida, and followed with a residency program at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, MA in order to earn her diplomate status in the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. She achieved certification through Colorado State University in western veterinary medical acupuncture which she uses as an adjunct to her standard medical practices for pain control and overall patient well-being. Her specialty interests include anesthesia, pain medicine, wound management, and toxicologyIn her free time she enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, biking, kayaking, and being in the sun as much as possible. She enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies and are anxiously awaiting arrival of the newest two-legged addition to the Zattler family.
