Veterinarian Overview
Recently retired, Dr. Bonura practiced at Laurelton Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years. A native of Yonkers, New York, he currently resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Dr. Bonura completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University in 1971 and then went on to earn his DVM degree from the University of the Philippines in 1976. Previously, he practiced veterinary medicine at Lowell Animal Hospital and Ocean County Veterinary Hospital. At home, Dr. Bonura has a menagerie of pets, including a cat, chickens, ducks, and pigs. He enjoys gardening and farming for food production (without chemicals and livestock antibiotics). He is the proud grandfather of four and relishes time spent with his children and grandchildren.
