Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Vanessa Moore grew up in Clifton, NJ. She attended Cook College at Rutgers State University where she majored in Pre-Veterinary Science. She was involved in many different activities and clubs including the Rutgers University Equestrian Team in which she competed and led as the Captain. Dr. Moore attended veterinary school at the Ohio State University where she graduated at the top of her class. She then went on to complete an internship in Canada at a busy equine referral surgical facility. She worked as a successful equine veterinarian in Hunterdon County, NJ for 10 years. During this time she trained in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs. In 2013 she began working in small animal practices and has been enjoying it ever since.
