Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Dinah Flack grew up always wanting to be a vet. As a child she was always surrounded by all types of animals and had an avid interest in horses. She completed her undergrad education at Lake Erie College in Biology and Equestrian Studies. After completing her training at Harcum Junior College she became a Licensed Animal Health Technician in Pennsylvania. She worked for eight years at the University of Penn New Bolton Center as a large animal surgical nurse.Dinah attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where she shifted her primary interests to Bird and Exotic pet medicine and small animal surgery. She received special training in exotic animal medicine at the University of Florida and at the Midwest Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Flack practiced in Newark, Delaware for three years before moving to New Jersey. She began practicing at Raccoon Valley Animal Hospital in June 1995. Her hobbies include breeding and showing Pembroke Welsh Corgies, raising Emus, sailing and dressage horseback riding.
