Dr. Michael Orban was born and raised in Queens, New York. Always curious about nature and wildlife, he dedicated his life to learning about animal science. Dr. Orban attended Adelphi University for his undergraduate education. He received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2004 and completed his clinical training at Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine. His professional interests include soft tissue surgery and dentistry as well as canine and feline internal medicine. He strives to provide individuals in the community with affordable health care for their companion animals. Dr. Orban moved to the beautiful Hudson Valley in 2008. He lives in New Paltz, NY with his wife, his son, and two highly contrasting dogs (a 3-legged Giant Schnauzer and a Chihuahua). Dr. Orban's hobbies include hiking, cooking, photography, golf and fishing and most importantly, spending time with his loved ones.
