She is always patient especially when the moms and dads of the pets are in freak out mode. She also takes the time to explain stuff so a non vet Dr. can understand what the issue might be and how to treat it. She doesn't come at you with a bunch of huge words that we don't understand and never talks down to us or makes you feel stupid. Best Vet ever.
