If you value your pet, you need to think long and hard before going to OnPoint. I have an eight year old, golden retriever that had been misdiagnosed appx a year ago with a slow-growing, benign tumor... and it took over a month for us to get the results. And when we dug deep enough, we found they had lost the sample and shared false information about our dog. At this point, I should have run. But I did not... my terrible mistake. We took our dog back in and showed that the small egg size tumor had grown bigger than a softball in 20 days and we needed to have this removed, if my dog was to survive. We elected for the surgery to remove and told that there was no need to send the tumor in for testing. Again, being told that it is benign. Well, approximately 6-7 months later we had another large growth in the exact same area... and had this baseball sized tumor removed. Well, turn the calendar ahead another 4-5 months and here I am with my pet having a large, fast growing tumor in the same area and is having trouble walking. I called On Pointe and shared that I don't believe my dog is going to survive this last tumor... it is very aggressive and he is trouble walking. The customer service person shared that the earliest appointment that we could be seen would be in a couple of weeks. I shared that I don't believe my dog will be alive for another 2 weeks. And that we were only trying to keep him as pain-tolerant as possible. I will NEVER recommend using On Point to anyone.
