Veterinarian Overview
I was born in Belgium and moved to the United States with my family when I was just three years old. Becoming the owner of Lindale Pet Hospital is the realization of a lifelong dream for me. It was this dream that kept me going through undergraduate studies at Texas A & M, where I graduated with a degree in Animal Science in 2010. From there, I went on to earn my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. At Lindale Pet Hospital, I enjoy working with both small and large animals. I understand that its not easy when your family pet or farm animal is sick so I always treat my patients how I would want to be treated myself. I love the challenge of orthopedic surgery, and I am passionate about performing whatever type of surgery is in the animals best interest. Along with Joni Koten, my wife and the office manager here at Lindale Pet Hospital, I strive to offer the most up-to-date veterinary medicine and surgery available at an affordable price. As a hard-working and ambitious veterinary doctor, I do my best to earn your confidence and trust. The well-being of my patients has always been my top priority and will remain so throughout my career. I am pleased to be a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Joni and I are the proud parents of a son, Landon, and have a daughter on the way. When were not at the clinic, we enjoy spending time together riding horses. On my rare free weekends, my family and I participate in local Civil War re-enactments. Thank you for allowing me to serve you and the animals you love.
