We, through the years beginning 2010, took our large Staffordshire (sort of like a pit bull but just a loving teddy bear-like family dog), and two loving miniature dachshunds to Matt for all their care. He was the best vet we have had in our years together, since 1974–that’s lots of pets and lots of vets. I appreciate, and wish I’d have known, he was retiring so I could tell him. So, I hope he knows just how much I appreciated him being the one to take care of my dogs. After my husband died unexpectedly, and Bill had usually taken the dogs to the vet due to my job hours, Matt was so good to me, catching me up on what medically had gone on in my baby dogs lives, being so aware and caring in “handling” me with my anxiety and depression following that loss… there is nothing I would have to say about Matt and the Cibolo Creek Veterinary Center that would be anything other than excellent in every way. Thank you for the years you gave us Matt. Have a wonderful retirement and enjoy your family and friends and be safe in your travels.
