Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Jodi Long grew up on small ranches in rural Oklahoma and Texas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1996, a master of agriculture in 1997, and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2001. She began working at Bay Glen Animal Hospital in 2003 and is currently the Managing DVM for the Feline Medical Center & Bay Glen Animal Hospital. Dr. Long and her husband, Tom, have two children, Ella and Thomas. They also share their home with several animal kids of the canine, feline, avian & equine variety. Dr. Long currently serves on the Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA) executive board as Council Chair on Association Affairs.
