Veterinarian Overview
Dr Sharon Moore is the owner and visionary behind what is new at Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic. She spent hours upon hours designing and planning a new space for a fabulous old practice with lots of existing clients. She wanted to increase the space without changing what was great about the old practice, personal service and affordable pet care. Dr. Moore graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee in 1983. She received the Armistead Award for Outstanding Veterinary Student, and the ChancellorÍs Citation for Extraordinary Academic Achievement in 1982. Society of Phi Zeta, Honor society of Veterinary Medicine and Gamma Sigma Delta, Honor Society of Agriculture. She became a partner at Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic in 1998 and sole proprietor in 2007. Dr. Moore is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Outside of work, Dr. Moore likes sharing activities with her husband Michael and daughter Katie. The MooreÍs enjoy travel, scuba diving, horseback riding and church. They have cats, horses, cattle, and a sheltie named Aggie and Australian Cattle dog named Jazz.
