Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mulligan graduated from The Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. He and his wife, Patty, live in Forest. Currently they have four dogs and cats, all rescues that they adopted. In his spare time, Dr. Mulligan enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking. He has a special interest in behavioral medicine, and is studying Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy.
