Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Carol Dugan graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981. She co-owned a practice in Richmonds west end from 1983 to 2011. Her professional interests include feline medicine and nutrition, internal medicine, and geriatric care. Dr. Dugan spends her free time in cat rescue and church activities.
