Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Conyer's grew up in Fredericksburg and earned her Bachelor degree in Biology then attended Virginia Tech Veterinarian School of Medicine where she graduated in 1997. She dreamed of becoming a veterinarian because of the bond she shared with her own pets growing up. Although she loves to see the cute healthy puppies and kittens she is interested in the complexities of internal medicine, dentistry, and emergency medicine.Dr. Conyers became a resident of our fine town in 2000. She has been the medical director of VCA Airline Boulevard in Portsmouth. She has also practiced medicine at The Oaks and Peninsula Emergency Clinic. Dr. Conyers enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children, and two dogs Dr. Conyers has two dogs; Yogi the maltipoo who loves to eat and sleep and Pixie the Brussels Griffon who loves to play dress up with her girl. Dr. Conyer's favorite thing about Smithfield is the food and less traffic.
