Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Evans grew up on a farm between Kingston and Huntsville, Arkansas where he enjoyed the rural life. He attended the University of Arkansas Fayetteville and finished his preveterinary courses in 1975. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1979 from Louisiana State University. After he graduated, he returned to the area and started working for a practice in Harrison, Arkansas where he has worked for the last 29 years. Alan is married to his wife Shiela and they have two daughters. His favorite hobbies are hiking, gardening and bee keeping.
