Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Cecilie Hart is also a UC Davis graduate and an avid soccer player and fan. A native to the San Francisco Bay Area, she volunteered in several veterinary practices before attending UC Davis for a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She has been affiliated with Oakland Veterinary Hospital since 1992
