Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Carolina Rossi originates from Brazil. She studied Veterinary Medicine at the Sao Paulo University in Brazil from 1998 to 2002. Dr. Rossi moved to the United States with her husband in 2003 to work with exotic felines at a breeding compound. Since then, she had been working with various types of animals including dogs, cats, horses, a variety of exotic pets and also zoo animals. She has a large family which includes three cats, one dog, two bearded dragons, and two snakes. For two years she had to take several tests to validate her Veterinary Medicine license in the United States. In August 2009, her license equivalence was issued. Dr. Rossi then began her employment with Pet Hospital. She is experienced with many aspects of veterinary medicine and has special interest in the branches of medicine which deal with the anatomy and diseases of the eyes, the skin, and the nervous system. In November 2009, Dr. Rossi attended the 2009 Ninth Annual International Veterinary Chiropratitioner Symposium where she was trained in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation.
