Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kennedy is the newest doctor in our practice-joining us in June 2015. She is a 2013 graduate of the UC Davis Veterinary School where she was president of the Feline Medicine Club and a Coordinator for The Feral Cat Project. Dr. Kennedy was inspired to become a veterinarian through her work with cat rescue shelters. She was featured in an article for Cat Fancy Magazine in February 2012 entitled Feline Inspiration: Fostering Sick Shelter Cats Inspired Heather Kennedy to Become a Veterinarian. In her spare time, she works closely with the Yolo County SPCA, coordinating their feral cat spay/neuter clinics and fostering rescue kittens.
