Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sarah Haddy is a graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Haddy also received a B.S in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. A Louisville, Kentucky native, she believes that pets bring an enormous source of joy to our lives, easing loneliness for many and selflessly keeping our spirits up in times of pain or stress. Dr. Haddy pursued Veterinary Medicine not only to ease animal suffering and maintain proper, ethical medicinal care for these wonderful creatures but also to ease human suffering. She knows how hard it is to see your pet in pain, and that your own happiness is immensely affected unless you know that your pet is receiving the highest standard of care. Dr. Haddy's favorite part about this job is building lifelong friendships with clients, her goal is to see every one of them leave feeling better about their pet's quality of life. On her spare time, Dr. Haddy loves playing the violin and trying to learn new songs ad often as she can. Being from the "Bluegrass State" that genre of music tends to be her favorite. She also enjoys other genres including Classical and Alternative. Dr. Haddy also enjoys hiking and finding new trails to explore with her dog Penny a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
