Dr. Gardenfors joined us in 2016 after graduating from Ross University. His main interests are in small animal medicine, especially the early detection of disease, and soft tissue surgery. While in veterinary school he made a trip to Nepal where he volunteered to help debilitated stray dogs. An an aside, he has coauthored a paper on bacterial disease in fish and has an interest in the diagnosis and treatment of fish disease. During his free time he enjoys travel and scuba diving, but mostly just relaxing at home with his wife, two dogs, two cats, and 12 fish.
